As a Senior HR Manager at Tamatem: you will be responsible for maintaining effective and efficient human resource functions, including hiring, orientation and on-boarding, employee relations, training and development, and benefits and compensation. You will also juggle various roles and tasks from executing strategic planning to completing administrative duties.
Your role within Tamatem’s world:
Work closely with CEO and COO to define strategies and goals that support business growth.
Maintain a thorough understanding of current labor law and HR Best Practices.
Direct and develop HR programs by preparing, updating, and recommending human resource policies and procedures.
Implement employee compensation and health and benefits programs by studying and assessing needs and trends, and inform employees of benefit schemes.
Monitor and schedule individual pay actions by recommending, planning, and implementing pay structure revisions.
Interpret labor law and company policy; ensure adherence to company policies and procedures and maintain appropriate documentation.
Maintain the work structure by updating job requirements and job descriptions for all positions.
Manage human resources hiring operations by establishing processes for recruitment, selection, orientation, on-boarding, and counseling managers on candidate selection, as well as planning, monitoring, appraising, and reviewing employees’ job contribution, conducting and analyzing exit interviews, and recommending changes.
Promote company values and positive employee relations, and drive culture by fostering an employee-oriented atmosphere that emphasizes continuous improvement, teamwork, and high performance.
Prepare employees for assignments and tasks by establishing and conducting orientation and training and development programs.
Provide effective leadership, consultation, and resolution on employee relations issues; proactively implement employee relations strategies to avoid potential issues and minimize the risk of incidents.
Perform other duties, as assigned.
Minimum of Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Business Management, or a related field
Minimum 6 years of experience, preferably in mobile gaming companies
